This client was the very first opportunity we won together with Infosys. Even though the travel industry has been affected by the pandemic, the client still continues to acquire new subsidiaries. GuideVision is helping to integrate these newly acquired companies into the client’s ServiceNow infrastructure, the latest of which has already been successfully integrated in. By using GuideVision methodology we have been able to advise the client on cultural change and user adoption. And because of the decline in the industry, the company is also revisiting their software and hardware asset management costs. GuideVision’s goal here is to help the client build a business case that allows them to see where leveraging ServiceNow functionalities can lead to savings and cost optimization.
